Thank you for choosing to shop with Stars & Red Roses, where I sell exclusive fun and colourful acrylic statement jewellery, as well as great quality alternative wear clothing & accessories, all at awesome affordable prices.
By placing an order with me, you are accepting my terms and conditions, even if you have not read them. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me prior to placing your order.
Purchase & Payment
All payments via PayPal are subject to PayPal's User Agreement for PayPal Service.
Stars & Red Roses accepts no liability for non-completion of any transaction due to, but not limited to the following: PayPal faults, internet connectivity problems, or PayPal policy changes and is under no obligation to dispatch goods until full payment has been received.
I will happily combine postage for multiple purchases. It is the buyer's responsibility to request an invoice with revised postage costs prior to paying for items. For multiple purchases paid for in separate transactions which are posted in the same parcel, I will automatically use any excess postage paid to upgrade your parcel to Express Shipping, if possible. Any additional monies paid above the cost of upgrading to Express Shipping will be refunded or offered as a store credit.
Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received, including shipping costs.
Multiple purchases posted in the same parcel will not be dispatched until all items have been paid for.
Orders may be cancelled at any time by notifying me in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to check their PayPal shipping address is correct at the time of payment. Any returned items due to incorrect or insufficient address details will be subject to an additional delivery cost. I will attempt to contact you prior to posting any items if I require further address details.
Stars & Red Roses will post any items within two business days of full payment being received. Once items are posted, they are the responsibility of Royal Mail and International Postage Services and are subject to their transit times and delays.
Any orders over £85, for delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe, will be posted FREE OF CHARGE by Standard Post with tracking. If you would like to upgrade to Registered Post or Express Post, I will add on the cost of the upgrade only. Please contact me prior to completing checkout for a revised invoice.
Stars & Red Roses will lodge an investigation with Royal Mail for any item not received within 10 business days from the date of posting for parcels within the UK or 25 business days from the date of posting for international parcels. Please make allowances for Public Holidays when ordering. Please contact me if you have not received your item after this time frame. I will do all that I can to help locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
Items are sent at the buyer's own risk. Small items and single hosiery pieces are posted in a large envelope. There is no tracking available, but registered post can be added for an additional fee. Please contact me prior to completing checkout if you wish to add registered post to any item and this option is not automatically available to select at checkout.
International Payments & Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes, customs duties and fees applicable, as calculated by their destination country. Stars & Red Roses cannot be held responsible for any delays with items clearing customs, including the payment of customs fees for storage of your item whilst you arrange payment of any applicable fees.
Stars & Red Roses is unable to determine these fees and any international buyers should contact their local customs office for further information, prior to purchasing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product can be lawfully imported to their country.
I am legally required to state the true value of the goods on any Customs Declaration Forms. This is especially important for insurance purposes. Please do not ask me to adjust any value on the Customs Declaration Form.
I accept PayPal for international payments only. Free Shipping for orders over £85 does not apply to any address outside the United Kingdom.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
I will happily accept any returns for exchange or refund with fourteen days of purchase from my web store only.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to the goods being returned to me for inspection and processing.
Goods must be returned neatly folded in their original packaging with all swing tags attached in a new, unworn (tried on is okay) condition. Please be mindful of makeup and deodorant marks on clothing.
An item which appears worn, soiled, damaged, has missing swing tags or is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in, will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer.
Some items (such as hosiery items in sealed packaging) cannot be accepted for return once the packaging has been opened. If you change your mind, please return these items prior to opening.
Buyer is responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to me. I strongly recommend the use of Registered Post (insurance) for any returns. Stars & Red Roses cannot be held responsible for any postage delays or items lost in transit which are sent back by the buyer without tracking and/or insurance.
Any refunds issued will be excluding the original postage charges and the cost of return postage charges, with the exception of faulty items. In the event of a faulty item, Stars & Red Roses will refund all postage charges associated with the purchase and return.
If you are returning an item purchased from my online web store for exchange, I will post out the new item at no additional postage charge to you, using a postage method of my choice. I will post any exchanges out within 2 business days of items being received by Stars & Red Roses (subject to inspection). Stars & Red Roses cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit times when exchanging items. If you require your exchange to be posted via Express Post, please include a suitable Express Post satchel with your item to be exchanged.
Faulty Items
Any items purchased which are found to be faulty, will be replaced as soon as possible, providing you have a valid receipt or PayPal transaction number as your proof of purchase. (Unfortunately this means anything purchased with cash at a convention, festival or fair I have exhibited at, are excluded from this opportunity).
If the item is no longer available for purchase, I will offer a replacement with an alternate item or a refund.
Any item which is found faulty must be notified to me within 7 days of receipt.
Any refunds issued for faulty items will include all postage charges associated with the purchase and return of the item. Please include your receipt for return postage in the parcel with the return so that I can reimburse you.
Any faulty items which are being returned for exchange, I will reimburse you the cost of the return of the item. Please include your receipt for return postage in the parcel with the return so I can reimburse you. I will post out any exchange at my own expense, using a method of my choice.
Incorrect & Out of Stock Items
I maintain strict inventory controls, but sometimes human errors can occur. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can rectify this.
If an item is for sale on my web store, it is usually in stock on my business premises and can be sent without delay. In the event of an out of stock item, I will contact you as soon as possible after purchase to advise of this. I will advise if I have any other colours, sizes or similar items available. I will also advise if the item is on order, or can be ordered and an estimated delivery date. If there is no suitable alternate item or the item cannot be supplied in a timely manner I will issue a full refund.
Changes to Terms & Conditions of Sale
Stars & Red Roses reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
All sales are subject the current terms and conditions at the time of sale.
